Ryan has always enjoyed being a part of organizations where she could make an immediate impact on top-line growth. Before co-founding The Marq Company, her career was focused on revenue generation utilizing emerging sales and marketing strategies. Ryan built out and managed the first online sales departments for two luxury car dealerships in Southern California and subsequently joined a fast-growing web-based car brokerage business. After 8 years in the car industry Ryan joined a health and beauty start-up where she directed Ecommerce strategy and managed the brick & mortar national sales team.

Both Ryan’s success, and that of the companies she worked for, relied heavily on the work of independent contractors and 3rd party vendors handing projects requiring specialized skill sets; each equally as important to the final, finished product. These experiences laid the groundwork for The Marq Company, founded in 2010.
